Do I need technical skills to run OpenClaw after handoff?
Basic comfort with tech helps, but we'll train you. You'll need to understand how to tweak workflow rules and monitor the agent. If that sounds overwhelming, consider the full AI OS build where we manage everything.
What if I'm not in NYC?
Remote deployment works anywhere. We've deployed for clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. Same process, just over video instead of in-person.
How long does setup take?
In-person: 3-4 hours. Remote: 1-2 sessions over a few days. Your agent is live within a week of kickoff.
Is this secure? Can the agent access all my data?
Real talk: AI agents need access to data to work. We implement industry best practices (sandboxing, encryption, audit logs, OAuth rotation), but no system is 100% secure. You should evaluate the risk for your specific use case. The agent runs on YOUR infrastructure, not ours.
What happens after the 14-day hypercare period?
